Coto Donana & Extremadura 2019

This was another great trip to the two best birding areas of Spain, the contrasting habitats of the two areas we visited gave us the opportunity to seek out a great diversity of species. The weather, although quite cold at times was generally very good, we had excellent light most of the time. The group gelled really well, which made this a very enjoyable trip to lead. Our species tally didn’t break any records, but we got to see nearly all of the specialities that these two wonderful regions had to offer.
